Weekends & Bank Holidays:
Advanced bookings are only taken for the Whole Day during the months May to September. Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays): Advanced bookings are only taken for a minimum of 4 Hours during the months May to September. If you call us within 48 hours of the date you require the boat, we can sometimes offer you the possibility to book a 4 hour hire over the weekend, please phone with your enquiry. On confirmation that your chosen boat and date are available, we will require your name, a contact phone number for the day of your arrival, an arrival time and your credit/debit card details. Payment is made in full on the day and can be made in cash, cheque (with the appropriate guarantee card) or credit/debit card. There is no surcharge for credit card payments. To book a day boat please call us on 01753 543930. Our office opening hours for bookings are 8.00am to 5.30pm April to October. DEPOSIT: We will require an accident deposit of £150 in cash, cheque (with the appropriate guarantee card) or credit/debit card. This will be refunded when the boat is returned on time, in a clean and tidy condition and without being involved in an accident or any loss or damage to its equipment. Boats returned late or in a dirty condition will be charged a minimum of 1 hours rental. CANCELLATION: Kris Cruisers reserves the right to charge 50% of the hire fee if the boat is cancelled after 9am the day before the day of hire. If you cancel your booking before 9am the day before the day of hire, you will not incur any such charge. Bookings of 2 or more boats will need to cancel by 9am 2 days before the day of hire, 3 boats 3 days, 4 boats 4 days etc. VISA MASTERCARD SWITCH DELTA MAESTRO
